In Our Class      
Sung to the tune of  "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"

In our class we do a lot
    Each and everyday.
We read and write,
    And listen and talk,
Learning in every way.

Read and think to understand,
Find an answer where you can,
Questions are important, too.
Work with numbers, follow directions,
Seeing patterns and making connections,
Everyday learning something new.

Arts and crafts, and story writing,
    Creative all the time.
Playing games and solving puzzles,
    Using words to rhyme.

Math and science and social studies,
    Are interesting and fun.
Reading maps, exploring our world,
    Everything under the sun.
